Full surah readerRead the surah from start to endPreviousNextAyah 11حمٓHa, MeemSave ayahMark memorizedAyah 22وَٱلۡكِتَٰبِ ٱلۡمُبِينِBy the clear BookAyah 33إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ فِي لَيۡلَةٖ مُّبَٰرَكَةٍۚ إِنَّا كُنَّا مُنذِرِينَIndeed, We sent it down during a blessed night. Indeed, We were to warn [mankind]Ayah 44فِيهَا يُفۡرَقُ كُلُّ أَمۡرٍ حَكِيمٍOn that night is made distinct every precise matterAyah 55أَمۡرٗا مِّنۡ عِندِنَآۚ إِنَّا كُنَّا مُرۡسِلِينَ[Every] matter [proceeding] from Us. Indeed, We were to send [a messenger]Ayah 66رَحۡمَةٗ مِّن رَّبِّكَۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُAs mercy from your Lord. Indeed, He is the Hearing, the KnowingAyah 77رَبِّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَآۖ إِن كُنتُم مُّوقِنِينَLord of the heavens and the earth and that between them, if you would be certainAyah 88لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ يُحۡيِۦ وَيُمِيتُۖ رَبُّكُمۡ وَرَبُّ ءَابَآئِكُمُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَThere is no deity except Him; He gives life and causes death. [He is] your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathersAyah 99بَلۡ هُمۡ فِي شَكّٖ يَلۡعَبُونَBut they are in doubt, amusing themselvesAyah 1010فَٱرۡتَقِبۡ يَوۡمَ تَأۡتِي ٱلسَّمَآءُ بِدُخَانٖ مُّبِينٖThen watch for the Day when the sky will bring a visible smokeAyah 1111يَغۡشَى ٱلنَّاسَۖ هَٰذَا عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٞCovering the people; this is a painful tormentAyah 1212رَّبَّنَا ٱكۡشِفۡ عَنَّا ٱلۡعَذَابَ إِنَّا مُؤۡمِنُونَ[They will say], "Our Lord, remove from us the torment; indeed, we are believersAyah 1313أَنَّىٰ لَهُمُ ٱلذِّكۡرَىٰ وَقَدۡ جَآءَهُمۡ رَسُولٞ مُّبِينٞHow will there be for them a reminder [at that time]? And there had come to them a clear MessengerAyah 1414ثُمَّ تَوَلَّوۡاْ عَنۡهُ وَقَالُواْ مُعَلَّمٞ مَّجۡنُونٌThen they turned away from him and said, "[He was] taught [and is] a madmanAyah 1515إِنَّا كَاشِفُواْ ٱلۡعَذَابِ قَلِيلًاۚ إِنَّكُمۡ عَآئِدُونَIndeed, We will remove the torment for a little. Indeed, you [disbelievers] will return [to disbelief]Ayah 1616يَوۡمَ نَبۡطِشُ ٱلۡبَطۡشَةَ ٱلۡكُبۡرَىٰٓ إِنَّا مُنتَقِمُونَThe Day We will strike with the greatest assault, indeed, We will take retributionAyah 1717۞وَلَقَدۡ فَتَنَّا قَبۡلَهُمۡ قَوۡمَ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَجَآءَهُمۡ رَسُولٞ كَرِيمٌAnd We had already tried before them the people of Pharaoh, and there came to them a noble messengerAyah 1818أَنۡ أَدُّوٓاْ إِلَيَّ عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِۖ إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ[Saying], "Render to me the servants of Allah. Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messengerAyah 1919وَأَن لَّا تَعۡلُواْ عَلَى ٱللَّهِۖ إِنِّيٓ ءَاتِيكُم بِسُلۡطَٰنٖ مُّبِينٖAnd [saying], "Be not haughty with Allah. Indeed, I have come to you with clear authorityAyah 2020وَإِنِّي عُذۡتُ بِرَبِّي وَرَبِّكُمۡ أَن تَرۡجُمُونِAnd indeed, I have sought refuge in my Lord and your Lord, lest you stone meAyah 2121وَإِن لَّمۡ تُؤۡمِنُواْ لِي فَٱعۡتَزِلُونِBut if you do not believe me, then leave me aloneAyah 2222فَدَعَا رَبَّهُۥٓ أَنَّ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ قَوۡمٞ مُّجۡرِمُونَAnd [finally] he called to his Lord that these were a criminal peopleAyah 2323فَأَسۡرِ بِعِبَادِي لَيۡلًا إِنَّكُم مُّتَّبَعُونَ[Allah said], "Then set out with My servants by night. Indeed, you are to be pursuedAyah 2424وَٱتۡرُكِ ٱلۡبَحۡرَ رَهۡوًاۖ إِنَّهُمۡ جُندٞ مُّغۡرَقُونَAnd leave the sea in stillness. Indeed, they are an army to be drownedAyah 2525كَمۡ تَرَكُواْ مِن جَنَّـٰتٖ وَعُيُونٖHow much they left behind of gardens and springsAyah 2626وَزُرُوعٖ وَمَقَامٖ كَرِيمٖAnd crops and noble sitesAyah 2727وَنَعۡمَةٖ كَانُواْ فِيهَا فَٰكِهِينَAnd comfort wherein they were amusedAyah 2828كَذَٰلِكَۖ وَأَوۡرَثۡنَٰهَا قَوۡمًا ءَاخَرِينَThus. And We caused to inherit it another peopleAyah 2929فَمَا بَكَتۡ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ وَٱلۡأَرۡضُ وَمَا كَانُواْ مُنظَرِينَAnd the heaven and earth wept not for them, nor were they reprievedAyah 3030وَلَقَدۡ نَجَّيۡنَا بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ مِنَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ ٱلۡمُهِينِAnd We certainly saved the Children of Israel from the humiliating tormentAyah 3131مِن فِرۡعَوۡنَۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ عَالِيٗا مِّنَ ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِينَFrom Pharaoh. Indeed, he was a haughty one among the transgressorsAyah 3232وَلَقَدِ ٱخۡتَرۡنَٰهُمۡ عَلَىٰ عِلۡمٍ عَلَى ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَAnd We certainly chose them by knowledge over [all] the worldsAyah 3333وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ مَا فِيهِ بَلَـٰٓؤٞاْ مُّبِينٌAnd We gave them of signs that in which there was a clear trialAyah 3434إِنَّ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ لَيَقُولُونَIndeed, these [disbelievers] are sayingAyah 3535إِنۡ هِيَ إِلَّا مَوۡتَتُنَا ٱلۡأُولَىٰ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمُنشَرِينَThere is not but our first death, and we will not be resurrectedAyah 3636فَأۡتُواْ بِـَٔابَآئِنَآ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَThen bring [back] our forefathers, if you should be truthfulAyah 3737أَهُمۡ خَيۡرٌ أَمۡ قَوۡمُ تُبَّعٖ وَٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ أَهۡلَكۡنَٰهُمۡۚ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ مُجۡرِمِينَAre they better or the people of Tubba' and those before them? We destroyed them, [for] indeed, they were criminalsAyah 3838وَمَا خَلَقۡنَا ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا لَٰعِبِينَAnd We did not create the heavens and earth and that between them in playAyah 3939مَا خَلَقۡنَٰهُمَآ إِلَّا بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَWe did not create them except in truth, but most of them do not knowAyah 4040إِنَّ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡفَصۡلِ مِيقَٰتُهُمۡ أَجۡمَعِينَIndeed, the Day of Judgement is the appointed time for them allAyah 4141يَوۡمَ لَا يُغۡنِي مَوۡلًى عَن مَّوۡلٗى شَيۡـٔٗا وَلَا هُمۡ يُنصَرُونَThe Day when no relation will avail a relation at all, nor will they be helpedAyah 4242إِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَ ٱللَّهُۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُExcept those [believers] on whom Allah has mercy. Indeed, He is the Exalted in Might, the MercifulAyah 4343إِنَّ شَجَرَتَ ٱلزَّقُّومِIndeed, the tree of zaqqumAyah 4444طَعَامُ ٱلۡأَثِيمِIs food for the sinfulAyah 4545كَٱلۡمُهۡلِ يَغۡلِي فِي ٱلۡبُطُونِLike murky oil, it boils within belliesAyah 4646كَغَلۡيِ ٱلۡحَمِيمِLike the boiling of scalding waterAyah 4747خُذُوهُ فَٱعۡتِلُوهُ إِلَىٰ سَوَآءِ ٱلۡجَحِيمِ[It will be commanded], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of the HellfireAyah 4848ثُمَّ صُبُّواْ فَوۡقَ رَأۡسِهِۦ مِنۡ عَذَابِ ٱلۡحَمِيمِThen pour over his head from the torment of scalding waterAyah 4949ذُقۡ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡكَرِيمُ[It will be said], "Taste! Indeed, you are the honored, the nobleAyah 5050إِنَّ هَٰذَا مَا كُنتُم بِهِۦ تَمۡتَرُونَIndeed, this is what you used to disputeAyah 5151إِنَّ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ فِي مَقَامٍ أَمِينٖIndeed, the righteous will be in a secure placeAyah 5252فِي جَنَّـٰتٖ وَعُيُونٖWithin gardens and springsAyah 5353يَلۡبَسُونَ مِن سُندُسٖ وَإِسۡتَبۡرَقٖ مُّتَقَٰبِلِينَWearing [garments of] fine silk and brocade, facing each otherAyah 5454كَذَٰلِكَ وَزَوَّجۡنَٰهُم بِحُورٍ عِينٖThus. And We will marry them to fair women with large, [beautiful] eyesAyah 5555يَدۡعُونَ فِيهَا بِكُلِّ فَٰكِهَةٍ ءَامِنِينَThey will call therein for every [kind of] fruit - safe and secureAyah 5656لَا يَذُوقُونَ فِيهَا ٱلۡمَوۡتَ إِلَّا ٱلۡمَوۡتَةَ ٱلۡأُولَىٰۖ وَوَقَىٰهُمۡ عَذَابَ ٱلۡجَحِيمِThey will not taste death therein except the first death, and He will have protected them from the punishment of HellfireAyah 5757فَضۡلٗا مِّن رَّبِّكَۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلۡفَوۡزُ ٱلۡعَظِيمُAs bounty from your Lord. That is what is the great attainmentAyah 5858فَإِنَّمَا يَسَّرۡنَٰهُ بِلِسَانِكَ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَذَكَّرُونَAnd indeed, We have eased the Qur'an in your tongue that they might be remindedAyah 5959فَٱرۡتَقِبۡ إِنَّهُم مُّرۡتَقِبُونَSo watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end]
